Jamaica Villas Blog

Jamaica Villas Blog
Where have I been?
Well, its a bit of a story but to cut things short; I've been real busy. I know that is no excuse for not keeping the Blog updated and I know I need to get myself sorted, so, here we go, lets get blogging again.

Things are changing all over the world and as countries are beginning to come out of the recession, people are once again thinking about holidays in the Caribbean and in particular, Jamaica.

If you have read this Jamaica blog of mine, you will see that I have extolled the wonders of Jamaica and Negril in particular, I'm happy to say that my opinion of this wonderful island nation has not changed. OK, I may look through rose tinted glasses but that is the point of this Jamaica blog! I'm here to point out the very best that Jamaica offers in order for you to have a great holiday here.

Many of you may have already been to Jamaica, stayed in a Jamaica villa or hotel resort, some have had a destination wedding, very popular they are and some may have just passed through on one of the big posh liners, whatever, you will have heard and seen all the things I have mentioned in this blog and I would love to hear your stories and see your photographs of Jamaica. I will publish them on this blog, if you like.

Please visit our main website at www.villassurmer.com and we would be delighted to see you post on our Jamaica Villas Pinterest boards.

The Spirit of Jamaica - Tourist attractions in Jamaica

Very colourful indeed. The Spirit of Jamaica

The Spirit of Jamaica is a new website that offers you the chance to see and do all the things you thought you might like to see and do when you first planned your Jamaica holiday. I bet you had a great big list of ‘must see’ and ‘must do’ things. Most people are the same; no one wants to miss a single thing when they visit this island paradise.
Top of any list of things to see and do in Jamaica has to be a reggae concert. You just cannot go back home and say you’ve spent two weeks in the Caribbean and never once went to a music gig. You would be laughed out of town. Most fortuitously, The Spirit of Jamaica website has a reggae gig all lined up for you.
MoBay (nickname for Montego Bay) are a 5 piece reggae band that play roots, heavy and light reggae sounds, everything from Bob Marley and the Wailers, UB40, Jimmy Cliff, Maxi  Priest, Burning Spear and many more. This band is the real deal and is NOT to be missed. Check out the website for full details.

This is a cool deal. Take the stress out of getting out and about in Jamaica by hiring a 12 seater with driver. Airport transfers, day trips, pickups and drop offs, you name it and you have the means. Lots of people are a bit shy when driving abroad and it's always much nicer to visit places when you don’t have the hassle of finding the place, finding parking and the stress of traffic in strange places. Let someone else do that for you.

Spirit of Jamaica has just the thing, please follow this link.

There is so much to see and doo in Jamaica you just have to check it out on this wonderful website. 4 x 4 Safari, ATV Safari, Bamboo River rafting, visit Bellefield Great House, Black River safari and YS Falls combo, Cinnamon Hill Golf, Deep Sea Sport Fishing, Visit to Dunn's River Falls, visit the Dolphins. Hang on? This is supposed to be YOUR LIST!

get yourself over to The Spirit of Jamaica and start planning the best holiday ever. The Spirit of Jamaica
